A Christmas Story -

So I went out with some friends last night and, due to a slip in casual conversation my RL friends are now aware of my WW play. So they all made fun of my nerdiness for the better part of 3 hours.

To give you a general idea of how it went down, the conversation below (and variants) happened about 4 or 5 times.

Them: So what exactly do you do again?
Me: It's a poker forum where you can play werewolf online
Them: What's werewolf?
Me: It's kinda like the party game mafia
Them: So...........you spend all day talking to random dudes online now?
Me: There are women too obv
Them: Do you actually talk to the women too or just the dudes?
Me: Sigh

Oh and my favorite -

Them: So, when you're doing the dudes you met online do you call them by their real names or their online screen names
Me: Sigh.................

Ok it wasn't a Christmas story but Merry Christmas POG!

On a social meeting:
1) if you stay with her all night (0 pts, ure only doing ure obligation)
2)if you have a drink with ure buddies ( -2)
3)If there is a woman in that group (-4)
4)If there is a hot woman in that group ( -16)
5)If there is a hot woman that you know in that group (-180)

On her birthday:
1)If you take her to a nice dinner(0)
2)If you take her to a different place to the one you usally go to (+1)
3) If you take her to the same place you usally go to (-2)
4)If you take her to a bar ( -3)
5) If you take her to a bar that has a TV that is showing sports( -10)

On the cinema:

Yesterday my dog was playing in the mud at the dog park and managed to break the inside toe on her right-front paw.

We took her to the vet today and they did x-rays and gave her a splint that goes up to her elbow. It stays on for 7-10 days then we have to go back and they redo it. The thing that sucks the most is that to heal it, we have to keep her off her feet, which hopefully means that we just can't let her run not that we have to carry her outside to take a crap, for at least a month. She's extremely active and drives us nuts when she hasn't gotten enough exercise, which is defined as not having gone on a long walk or played for a while at the dog park for a day or two. I'm not sure how she's going to do, or we're going to do for that matter.

Total bill was $353.

I'll post a picture of her with her splint on when I get the chance. She was sedated for the x-rays so we can't pick her up for a couple hours and I haven't even seen her yet.
