I've been debating Qxc6 or h3 here.

I think Qxc6 is the safer option and possibly better anyway but not sure.

At first I liked h3 with the idea of taking both of his knights and sacrificing my knight and g2 pawn. Assuming thats the line he would go with, my king would be on g2 and my rook could move to the H file to attack. I just feel as if there is probably different moves he could make that I'm not seeing if I take this route, and I'm not sure the best result even justifies any risk.

I think I come out of this in a strong and solid position playing Qxc6 instead.

Really, White should just start trading stuff down and proceed from there; I think as Black I'd probably be happy to grab the b-pawn? (... Qxb3 / Qxg6 Qc4 maybe?) It's not pretty for Black obviously.
