I'll take the lambo.

Somewhere in that A/red area should do it.

Weekends aren't really good for me & drafting, so this won't be very detailed. Details & write-ups probably on Tuesday.

4th round pick

Invention

Super duper next level computer with a while bunch of cool stuff I'll detail on Tuesday based on stuff I've read will be possible in the future.

Round 5

Perk

Maximum efficiency. Always do tasks with complete efficiency without the need to give thought to how to do them efficiently, because that wouldn't be very efficient.

I will be able to multi-task & do things much faster due to my incredible efficiency.

ok so writeup time.

Bloobermensch Round Three Pick

Job - Travel Documentary Presenter
Spoiler:

Given I'm already a billionaire by marriage, I figured the emphasis for a job would be something I'd actively enjoy spending time doing, rather than heavily focusing on salary. And a job where I get to travel the world, see all the sights that everyone dreams of seeing, and also get to stroke my ego by being a household name on the television and writing a a narcissistic book about how visiting wherever changed my life? Sounds pretty perfect. I'm basically envisioning myself as a modern-day Michael Palin, or Paul Theroux.

Hell, I can even go to Vegas with this, because I won't be vacationing, I'll be working.

-

Bloobermensch Round Four Pick

Perk - Lucid Dreaming
Spoiler:

I figure there's some things that money can't buy, even when your wife's worth $1.2bn. And I do have some dead time every night while I'm asleep. So why not kill two birds with one stone and turn that sleep time into a chance to do anything I want to do but can't in the real world?

Every time I dream, I both recognise that I am in a dream, and am able to control the events that happen in the dream. Want to find myself in a hot tub with a dozen models? Want to score the winning goal in the World Cup? Want to explore Mars based on Domer's photos of it? If I can imagine it, I can dream it.

Hospitality Sukiyabashi Jiro

The greatest sushi restaurant in the world. Normal people have to book 3 months in advance and go to Tokyo to get a taste, but it's round the corner from my house and there is always one of the 10 seats reserved for me.

The finest ingredients bought daily, made by the greatest sushi chef in the world and always available.

Never claim that something is made fresh again unless it's made for you a mouthful at a time

Their website has details like no other including how to correctly eat sushi and stuff like this:

Quote:
Right now, at Sukiyabashi Jiro we serve only the omakase tasting menu. Jiro Ono makes the sushi for all customers. The omakase tasting menu served at the counter is determined in the morning each day and served in order. It consists of about 20 sushi pieces. That is quite a large amount. However, Jiro Ono takes care to make each piece smaller for older woman customers. Please eat the sushi soon after it is placed on the plate in front of you. Its flavors are at their most exquisite when the sushi has just been prepared. Because "nikiri" soy sauce has already been brushed on the sushi, there is no need to dip it in a saucer of soy sauce.

Catching up on a write up:

Job Professional Golfer

Fresh air

Beautiful Scenery

You get exercise and keep fit, but you don't have to stick to a strict diet and work out regime.

25 hours a week will be no problem, it will be a pleasure. I'm getting paid to walk and occasionally hit a golf ball.

What a peaceful, zen, pleasurable way to make a living.

Hobby/Skill Visual Art

I'm better than 99% of the population who create art. If I put some time into it then I'm better than 99% of serious artists. I'm better technically and creatively.

Here are some great famous works of art:

But there is so much out there beyond this.

Whatever style or medium I put my hand to I will be very proficient at.

The hours I spend on a painting will be very therapeutic and it will be great to see my pieces hung around my house. I will also give them to family and friends and enrich their lives. God forbid I am in need of money it will be a potentially good source of income, but it's not the reason for being good at art.

Compare this to other purely financial hobbies and skills that have been drafted. I have the ability to make significant money from this without any of the variance and also money is not the purpose of it. It has meaning beyond money

Round 5, Pick 64

Spoiler:
Job - Special Operations Group agent for the CIA

(aka - Professional American Spy/Assassin)

Yes, this job exists. And unfortunately it requires me to live outside of the United States, and disclaim any knowledge of it.

SOG is the elite of the elite of the American special forces, a clandestine, highly-trained spy agency operating overseas for American interests. SOG usually hand-picks recruits from the special forces (SEALs, Delta Force, Airborne Ranger), preferring individuals with advanced degrees and those that do not look like they are in the military. They undergo at least 18 months of additional training, including high-speed driving skills, picking locks, hacking, apprehension avoidance, wilderness survival & tracking skills, etc.

SOG has been involved in the capture and killing of most of Al Qaeda's senior leadership, along with other high-profile criminals. The extent to which the Special Operations Group is involved in any operation is usually a secret, and it may only be known by the President and close advisers.

SOG has access to highly-advanced weaponry and gadgets produced by the US military.

And while this does sound somewhat like James Bond, the occupation is unlikely to be anywhere near as glamorous.

It is obviously dangerous when active, and those that fall in the line of service are honored anonymously:

And the specific job will probably require long periods of boredom when inactive and long periods of planning when active. It is paramount that no one can know of my involvement.

I think setting myself up as a Mars explorer and wealthy investor provides a good enough cover, and my true occupation can remain a secret for the rest of my life. Wealth & fame will also provide me access to some of the key levers of world power.
