I think of it like holdem. The original and correct might be Texas hold 'em, but it evolves into holdem since it's easier to say/write. So I'd say peesh / peeshorama.

Not really the same thing imo seeing as holdem is an actual shortening of the words, whereas peesh is just a misspelling of peehs (if peehs were a real word). Besides, saying peesh out loud makes you sound like you have a speech impediment.
