I am kind of shocked that this hasn't been done in the history of WW of 2+2, so I figured it is time to have one.

Roles will be sent out Tuesday, October 13, and Day 1 will begin Thursday, October 15, just in time for the Halloween season (as well as the release of Saw VI and the Saw video game.) Night will begin at 9:00 PM EST (though this can be easily changed if majority of players find another time more convenient.

Right now I have roles for about 25 players. However, roles can be added or removed depending on the number of players who sign-up. It will be most helpful to sign-up earlier so I can get a better idea of game balance if roles have to be added or removed.

While some roles will naturally be more glamorous than others, I can almost guarentee that each role will have some unique circumstances and there is no completely vanillager role. I will not say much more on the matter at the moment, but each player will have more to attend to than simply hunting wolves (though that's important too).

Roles and abilities will be highly influenced by the actions/situations that selected character undergoes throughout the series.

Events, carnage, and never-before-seen obstacles are guarenteed.

Also, I am looking for someone to help me solidify the game mechanics so that the game is balanced equally between both factions and that all game mechanics run smoothly. Because this person will naturally not be able to play in the game (as they will know all of the characters who exist), it would also be helpful if they could co-mod the game. However, if someone who is not going to play and does not want to mod would still be able to review over the game mechanics and roles, it would be greatly appreciated as well. Bumped to clear out of the mess caused when every game of this year was bumped.

I'm also ******ed and tried editing the player list into the main thread, which will not work, so I'll just be posting an update player list from time to time.

With two months to go until the game begins, I think you can relax about filling the roster.

Also, it's pretty standard for the OP of a signup thread simply to post an updated roster every now and then, so you worked that out correctly.

You might try PMing GetThereOneTime (or it may be GetThere1Time, I forget), about game balance. He's an expert at it, and it's very unlikely he'll be planning on playing.

I suggest you settle on how many roles you want beforehand, rather than just letting the number of signups dictate it. You'll find yourself scrambling in the last couple days otherwise, and it's also not a bad thing to have more players interested than get into the game initially, because you'll want (and need) subs.

Finally: I'm usually abbreviated atak, not ata.

Most of us are a lot less uptight than you seem to believe. Relax and have fun with it. Whether you're playing or modding, it's still just a game. Nothing involving werewolf is a big deal (except maybe Mediocre Ballerina, but that's over with).

So don't sweat stuff like how you list our names — I was just telling you because you'll usually see me referred to that way.
