i only played in one vanilla ww before, any suggestions for some good older games to read thatll be like this one ?

Unfortunately, I cannot think of any really, though I haven't been on here too long to even recall what many of the older WW games were.

Even if you are a new player, you should still be okay and will learn quickly.

For the people who joined last minute, some final balance issues are going to be fixed out tonight, which will affect the number of players in the game.
