Casting this spell as your frist in the day is bad. Casting it as the second spell of the day and it gets you two cards for {1}{U}. If you manage to cast this is your third spell of the day, it is an
Ancestral Recall. Anything beyond that and you have your hand full of cards and get some free colorless mana to boot..
The problems start when someone does something like Lotus, Ritual, Mind's Desire and draws another Mind's Desire. And why not, it is a freaking common. Imagine casting two Mind's Desires? How about going off for infinite cards? What will mods do then?
