This is the festive follow-up to the first Quiz of Doom

The game will begin on December 1st.

- Teams are to consist of no more than four players.
- Places are not capped, all are welcome.
- Players without teams at the start will be allocated teams.
- Despite the title, the quiz will not have a particularly seasonal theme

Also ...

- If anyone wants to contribute a "guest round" as quizmaster, I welcome applications. Send me a PM. Obviously, this would mean you cannot participate in the quiz yourself.
- Nominally there will be four JvK-authored rounds and two by "guest hosts", although this could expand to more rounds if there is keen interest.

To take part in the quiz as a participant type "IN" or post a gif of a horror icon of your choosing.

Incidentally, at the staff summer party I got drunk and it turns out volunteered to run the staff student quiz next spring. Obviously I'm stealing the best JVK ideas (totally getting colleagues to read out great movie dialogues, for example), but any other advice would be warmly accepted.

How would it work in practice?

The person who submitted the round just doesn't help his team solving that round.

Okay, I guess, but I don't want to see a single person calling shennaigans.

I was going to ask that same question. I'd love to contribute a round and I just wouldn't participate at all that round playwise of course.
