The building in the distance on the right looks like the only one that is historic. Everything else in the foreground I'm guessing was built as a single project. Seems touristy, but the people in the picture are mostly pretty old, so maybe an expensive boring touristy area? I just don't have enough knowledge to make a guess based on these assumptions...

Ya it looks pretty new and planned. Europe tends to not have such wide open space imo. Looks like warmish climate but not too warm with the green mountain in the background. I was thinking Southern hemisphere like NZ or SA, but haven't been to either. Doesn't look like any cities in Oz

The bollard is British, the pelican crossing is British, they're driving on the left...

If it's not the UK, it's got to be one of the overseas territories.

I'm going to yolo Gibraltar because idk what any of the cities in the Caribbean ones are even called.
