Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
I'm trending down because I'm making jokes and stuff? there has been very little in the way of content to analyze despite longer than average cases and MQs.

Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
no see, that's precisely the part that doesn't matter
the part that matters is the part where a villager has a thought process that includes "it's good to chart the villager PRs," which in this game is a really good thought since the setup is pretty unique and probably still misunderstood by like a third of the game
but also has a thought process that includes "who cares about the wolf PRs people can just read that on their own"
It has nothing to do with concealing information, Gabe is way way way too smart to think that it would somehow help his team if the OP wasn't put in a chart or whatever.

ok so what is your point then? you think it is 'strange' and makes him a villager? i guess iwill defer to others but that doesnt seem like an intuitive way to identify villagers..

1) Vote on Kruze-
a) He could be a wolf
b) He could be a useless villager
c) I want to put some heat on him and see what happens
2) Read on Gabe
a) I know he makes strategy posts as any role
b) I think I read him well anyway. I think he is a villa because of tone, not his strategy posts.
I guess I should address Cadeus also.
Huh, what?
Finally, the strength of my game (if I have any strength at all, which is debateable) is in the mid to late game. My openings are fluffy, because I do not have much to work with in the early game. There are players I can read well, and those I cannot read at all. I feel more comfortable clearing villagers than finding wolves, at least this early in the game. I found 3, which is a lot for me.
|
So you want to put heat on me even though you're LEAVING FOR THE DAY LOL?
That is a horrible reason to vote anyone especially when you imply you're not even going to be around to comb through the "heat" you say you are trying to put on me.
Seems like a very wolfy way to vote, an extremely wolfy justification for leaving the vote on me, and a WOAT villager play if you happen to be one, but I'm leaning towards believing you are a wolf.

No, because you made that joke in a weird way. What would you have said if people had taken it at face value and agreed to wait until tomorrow to vote FCBL?

Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
KruZe seems villagery.
I'm also legit skeptical of hotwings so far, but I want to see more from him before I actually give him a wolf lean.

Shorty likes to be a little bit ambiguous to cover himself. Caedus makes up his mind and doesn't flip flop much.

Isn't that what makes a player REALLY good?
I said it about Chips last game and I think it's still true.

Thank you.
I want to know how I should thread around you - and even more importantly, how other people think of you.
Since some people's reads on you will be biased by your level of play.
Thereby inflicting my view of them, if I had another view on you.
ie: I thought you're were a new player - and they knew you're a grandmaster.

And by not voting you - they'll actively attack the players voting you, calling them wolves and advocating to get them lynched.
I think I passed that point about a year after my first game.
I'd like to hear gabe, Homer, CPH and TL's view on this.

Feel free to give your view on this one too...

I think hoya's point is that a villager would think "it would be helpful if I put the power roles in the OP into chart form to help the village" and then make charts of both the villa and wolf PRs. Making just a chart of the villa PRs doesn't necessarily make sense.
I guess if you want to get really , it's possible that gabe is a wolf and made that chart for his fellow wolves; he probably wouldn't make a similar chart of their own roles.

I probably would have laughed and then decided if I thought he was villagery and if so derailed the wagon.

Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
An even bigger problem with "putting heat on KruZe" is we already know whatever his response as a villager is, it seems to always get him lynched.
