Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
I put Duckburg on my wolf list and he didn't even comment on it, despite loving to play and interact with me at every opportunity. I find that extremely wolfy.

Boom!
Binkles, get with the programme. See how I caught Gadarene so utterly disconnected so easily? That makes me a villa.
Talk to you tomorrow.

What wolf lean pushed Jim?
I explained my quick change of heart on Jim in other posts today.

I have no real justification for ending up on Sedin other than some vague sense that I'd feel like sh*t if I helped lynch FCBL d1 and he flipped villa.

This is a good observation.

I also wouldn't say we interacted a fair amount as w/w in HP4, any interaction that was had was certainly fleeting, especially considering Jim didn't even realize I was a wolf until the end of the day he subbed in, and died the next iirc.
I think I like a hotwings wagon for the reasons I stated earlier as well as iversonian's post which was some decent analysis.

So we have that, and then this

The last sentence of that post is also pretty wolfy ("I'm pretty terrible at finding wolves early, but somehow I've found 3 already!")
I did not like Steve's opener, but since then he's been v villagery. He's being aggressive, interacting with anyone who tries to interact with him, and is also starting/pushing some interactions himself. This is consistent with the villager game I've seen from him in other games (with the exception of TL's mishmash, where I often called him out for not doing those things).
Iversonian is solidly in a neutral category for me right now. He's pushing for the lynch of one of my wolf leans with a pretty solid mechanics based argument, but other than that I feel has kind of been invisible. I don't have a baseline for his villager game at all, and I honestly couldn't really characterize his wolf game confidently even after wolfing with him in HP4.
OD hasn't made an impression outside of noticing that she used another excuse to not post. That's wolfy from her and I wouldn't have a problem with voting her, but I feel stronger about some others.
|
So he votes hotwings with Iversonian, but then says Iversonian is in his neutral category

I can see the parallels, but I don't necessarily think they're completely the same situation.
|
But here he says that hotwings isn't a no-accountability lynch because the case on him had good reasoning. If the case on him had good reasoning, then why is iversonian in his neutral category?
Also I know he'll hate me for this, but that exclamation mark is so unbelievably misplaced. Like, tehtoes overuses exclamation marks in general, but that one makes no sense at all.

I'd still be super surprised if wolf-Tehtoes pushes someone for ages and then changes to someone else and then changes to someone else
When a wolf gets that commited to bussing, they tend to go all the way with it. Flip flopping around at EOD is 90% a villager tell because they genuinely don't know where to put their vote

Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
bsball's thought processes have been phenomenally villagery, but his lynch targets and wolf leans have been odd. He also defended FCBL day one and scoffed at Hoya's gabethebabe case. bsball played as a fellow wolf in gabe's first wolf game where gabe crushed and it's possible the wolves wanted to recruit him right after the rand.
I really don't know what to make of him, but I find it almost impossible for a player to be so villagery. But why does he see the game so differently than me? Thoughts to ponder.

TimeLady: I apologize for this question in advance, but what level of focus/attention would you say you were giving this game relative to what you did in HP4?

Re: Gods of Greece Mish Mash (3/5) Game Thread
I mean, tehtoes puts the 5th vote on FCBL making him the first serious large wagon an hour before EOD
that's not a wolf

Well HP4 I absolutely obsessed over, so if that's 10 then I'm probably at a 7/8, which is about my average amount of effort in a mish mash.
I am actually reading most of the thread and rereading a fair bit. HP4 is my outlier game

It's just reading some pages around 9/10/11/12 the interaction is just really really REALLY odd.
Like, I can't read w/w interaction for ****, and even I think it's weird.

bsballs thought processes are usually freakishly logical as a wolf
he's dropped down my village list. And not out of spite
