In the last turbo I remember with chips he was real active and did some longass list that I thought was basically impossible to have made that early, and I voted him for it because it made no sense to me and I (wrongly) believed that was new or outside of his normal game.
Then he PM'd me and we chatted about his success with his new system.
And now he's not doing it.

Like I said yesterday, unless Chips really needs to create mechanical constructs as a wolf to appear villagery, the sort of stuff he's doing here probably hinders his wolf game a lot.
And I doubt he's doing it here just to try and fool me, the risk/reward ratio isn't good enough.
