Agreed. But also unrealistic with 12 people that aren't a RL group that can get together. We have tried it before and it failed.. this is really the best way to do it.

? In thread is way worse than on the site. It'll take a days/weeks to do.. but is the same thing as doing it in a thread except there is no chance for error in transposing them. Plus you can do predraft selections if someone wont be at the computer or something.

Unless I'm misunderstanding in thread would be worse in every way I can envision. This isn't online like Yahoo online.. we'll setup like a 12 hour time limit and its not expected to be done in one sitting.

This is definitely a slow draft, not a sit down and do it all once at draft. Not possible to do it otherwise. Plus, being a dynasty, want to make sure people have some time with their picks.
