I think we need to start thinking about multiple replacements if they're not going to make the effort to check in

And if do need multiple then it would be ideal to have a draft of all the guys from the replaced teams. Makes the process a bit more fair and you get two balanced teams. But we're running short on time

Not sure if you knew this, but you can just import future draft picks and not have to ever do by hand.

You could post it in the fantasy forum as well. I mentioned it in a dynasty league they have over there as well. Looks like we will have to push draft date back in any case

If we can't get anyone we might consider reducing the league to 10 teams and throwing all extra players in the draft. That would be a pretty radical change though.

Yeah this would require some serious retooling, as its clearly punishes players who traded picks prior unfairly, as they had no idea prior as to how to plan for a scenario like this...

The possibility of reducing to 10 teams would be fine with me as well if we need to though. And yes I am going to pay. I am currently undergoing some major major changes in my life, and I probably shouldn't be putting money into fantasy football, but these two leagues are going to be it for me this year, and I'm going to stretch myself a bit to play in them just to give myself something fun for the upcoming season. So rest assured that my money will be there, I promise.

We're short 3 (Mets, Ryan, Riverfish), so we'd be down to 9, and we'd need to rearrange divisions as well.

Making a post in fantasy and SE. If we still have no replacements after tonight i'm doing the nuclear option and removing their teams and starting a supplemental draft and increasing max players to 32 and re-arranging the divisions (since mine is losing two)
