PEEHS is a game when you want to get the most obscure correct answer. It was first played by goat farmers in Sicily in the 18th century during the long dark winter nights. It made it to mainland Italy in the early 19th century and gradually spread to become the Goliath of a game it is today.
I call this one Easy PEEHS-y because I'm making the questions achievable. I'm confident that everyone will know at least one answer to each question. The only incorrects will come from those who are ACE hunting.

I think Nepal is listed at the very bottom of the (stars) section
It says "two stars: one 16-pointed, one 12-pointed)"
Because it's actually described as a star here (on Wikipedia which I was using as a source) I'm going to mark it correct.
I was prepared to ignore all arguments that "The sun is a star" though

*pushes glasses up* having lived for three months in Bologna, I now find spaghetti bolognese to be tilting because bolognese sauce (ragu) is NOT SUPPOSED to be used with spaghetti -- it's a thick sauce, and thick sauces go with thicker noodles like tagliatelle
otherwise you just end up with a bunch of ground beef and tomato left behind on your plate
