Hot and cold are just so strongly connected in a word association sense. I think it has a pretty good chance to be one of the words.

Isn't "hot as a pistol" a thing people say?

I agree mail is a possibility as well.

I think in this kind of group game people want consensus and unity with their team. it's a good idea, but in practice it slows things down. I think if 2 people are around and agree on something should go for it. People need to grab their balls and go with what they think. People who are AFK can't really get mad if their teammate answers wrong. Only can get mad at themselves for being AFK and not having any influence.

so torch and cold are good. (I think torch was confirmed??)

so we have hot-mail, hot pie, hot as a pistol, or hot water.

my instincts on 3rd options has not been good.

am leaning to mail or pie, or should we pass?

I could see WATER being one of the JUMP words, because you jump/dive/leap/cannonball into water.

MARCH and JUMP are both types of body movement.
