I think with me you're confusing my dislike for the more vicious things that sometimes happen in werewolf games with a general belief that real life things are off limits
I'm mostly against being a dick and pro actually playing werewolf

Re: Burn Notice: 6/14 Vanilla + : GAME THREAD
And when investigations and tests turn into personal attacks, of course, that obviously crosses the line into rule-breaking.
Such a distinction is clearly subjective, and I rely on the judgment of the moderators in making that call on a case-by-case basis when two people disagree.

Re: Burn Notice: 6/14 Vanilla + : GAME THREAD
Hoya, why (as a villager) would you want to make someone who is tilt-y tilt? Let's say their tilting is role-neutral. Let's say it also makes the game, you know, less fun.
This sort of sums up my objection to your approach.

I have a general philosophical disagreement with the third paragraph which comes from realizing that most people in the thread are villagers and treating them as such, not as potential opponents to be targeted and diminished.

Gad I will tell you straight up that as a wolf I respect your reads enough to not want you making them, and I have no qualms whatsoever about making you blow up and threaten to quit or self-vote or otherwise generally become less persuasive and more emotional. That is because it means your reads will carry significantly less weight to the rest of the thread and you become no longer a threat to my best interests when you do that.
As a villager, additionally, whether you agree or not, I genuinely believe I can tell when you are faking it and when you are not.
I KNOW you feel that you never ever ever ever ever fake it and that this post will make you mad. EVEN if that is true, there may STILL be a distinction between HOW you get mad as a wolf and as a villager, potentially having to do with your ability to maintain your rational ability to effectively lie about your role in various emotional states.
I'm trying, hard, here to help you see why this happens.

And thanks! Wish it had been an event other than the $1k, obv, and wish I had gone deeper, but it was a lot of fun.

I don't believe most people when they make excuses because I see it consistently abused. For some players it is +EV though and they should make excuses. I'm not afraid to come in the thread and post, as you may notice, so if I am not doing that it's almost never because I'm chilling in wolfchat. I am prob just sleeping or w/e.

I think getting mac permabanned would be easy (at least from werewolf) but there are people here that for some reason enjoy playing werewolf with mets

Re: Burn Notice: 6/14 Vanilla + : GAME THREAD
As it stands, by the way, I feel very very strongly that I am not allowed to test you in this way, even though I don't have to cuss at you or insult you personally to make it happen, which means I believe I am not allowed to play WW against you.
That's a different topic but it relates, so there it is.

This thread also confirms that about 15% of the people that post on POG are 100% mentally stable

shrug
I disagree with you
and I hope that you will acknowledge at some point that I am not anywhere near as tilty as I used to be
and, therefore, stop disparaging me and/or trying to tilt me, because it's pointless and repetitive and, when it comes down to it, not effective any more even if it once was
that would be, y'know, nice
