I'll weigh in as the resident Marvelgeek of the thread.
Firstly, the only reason we're getting a FF reboot this year is for legal reasons so that the rights to the Fantastic Four don't revert back to Marvel (now owned by Fox). That being said, I feel the studio is rushing this movie and it won't end up being that good.
Secondly, I'm not too thrilled about the cast. Not too much name recognition.
However, it's possible that while it has nothing to do with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, people may see it thinking it's a sequel in that Universe, so it may actually pull in some inadvertent success from Age of Ultron.
We're probably looking at around 100-125M but it might turn out to be a good pick at this point in the draft. I would be very surprised if this did anywhere near 200M
