Someday maybe I'll play poker tournaments again...might have to wait until the kids are in college, though. Getting there...my oldest turns 4 today.

i think it's been around 20 years since i owned a car, but i guess i should buy one if i'm gonna be living in LA

i never bought a car from a dealership. i might lease. i don't know. if i buy, i'll probably walk in with a stack of hundreds and pay it all upfront.

Depending on what kind of car you're inerested in, you could certainly lease one for the cost of 2-4 Uber rides to the casino per month. (plus tags, insurance, gas etc)

casino is about $40 round trip

leasing a 2017 smart car is about $6 a day($9 total including insurance, gas, etc)

it might be worth the extra 10k to not have to go to the dmv

leasing is nice, compared to buying used, cause you get a brand new car and don't really have to worry much about major repairs/breakdowns

People say that because they are ****, drive like ****, don't even get great mileage, and most importantly:

YOU CANNOT TRANSPORT MORE THAN ONE MODEL HOME WITH YOU AT A TIME.

Just get a Honda Civic or something.

i'd say i have about a 1% chance annually of having to transport more than one model at a time, but omg! what a disaster if i binked and then it was all ruined because of my smart car!

possible solutions:

1. "you girls take my car. i'll get a lyft"

2. "oh, i didn't drive. i'll just order us a lyft. a luxury lyft"

3. "well it only seats 2, but we can squeeze in. the cocaine won't take up much space"
