Consequences and punishment are different things. I assume the "consequence" is that revealing your territory gives the wolves more information about what territories are possessed by whom, meaning they can optimize attempting to secure a continent.

The thing is, if you out your territory early, anyone attacking you looks horrible. It's almost an insurance policy to just out your territory if you can do it first.

Which I think I'm going to do.

Why would anyone attacking you automatically look bad? Maybe you are a wolf outing your territory and leveling us?

If there's a concerted effort to remove Player A, who then flips villager, it's pretty obvious what just happened, right?

Huh? So if you do something antivillage youre a villager because wolves wouldn't do something antivillage but they would because it encourages other villagers to do antivillage things. So why are you encouraging villagers to give the wolves more info?

In a regular WW game, if someone is lynched and flips villa, everyone who voted for him must be a wolf, right?

Difference you're overlooking: if Player A has REVEALED HIS/HER TERRITORY, and is then a target, and flips villager, it will be very likely that the revealed territory was somehow valuable to the wolves. Right? Villagers won't just flippantly attack someone who has revealed unless they're not thinking at all.

I'm saying it's not actually anti-village for one or two players who are villagers to do it, it's pro-villa because it insulates them.

The only real downside is it might encourage a NK, which is sort of not great here because the wolves can optimize territories via NK if they know what they're taking bla bla bla.

Unless they suspect that player to be a wolf, in which case they could get an easy wolf kill.

Or Hoya, maybe they're attacking the person for a reason unrelated to their territory? I mean its not like wolves will be attacking wolves and such. Attacks in risk are often bad for both parties and good for everyone else.

Keep in mind that "drawing" a NK isn't that awesome anyway since everyone starts villa.
