Ya I remember 3 leaf claims but claiming/not claiming a leaf doesn't necessarily mean you have or don't have one. There's reason to fake claim for rb cover or to not claim to not get rb'd

No, but alternative explanations were very unlikely. The wolves would instead have had to target someone with a mushroom and then the mushroom is only 10% to save them. Also, Manasi claimed her angel target before Ben did and it was me, same as Ben later claimed. So it seemed very likely that I had in fact been the NK target, and I didn't have any mushrooms that night.

You can falsely claim you have a leaf but as a villager you shouldn't ever claim after the fact to have angeled someone if you didn't. Otherwise you'll ruin the ability of other villagers to infer what I did about Ben.
