If he isn't from Singapore than I'm completely baffled. I think the angle is President S.R. Nathan, who technically won an election, but since no other candidates qualified for the election, he ran unopposed and no balloting was done. Hence elected, but not democratically?

could be done pretty easily, just have a mod pm all the players everyones name but their own. i dont think it would work quite as well tho.
