• As long as the game is ongoing, you may talk about the game only inside the game thread
• You may post in the game thread only when it is DAY
• You may post only when you are alive
• If you have a role which allows you to communicate outside the game thread, then you may do so only when allowed by your role, and only with individuals specified by your role
• You may not edit or delete posts in the game thread for any reason at any time
• You may not post screenshots of, or directly quote your role PM, seer peeks, or any other game-related communication that originated outside of the game thread
• You are expected to participate
• You are expected to be familiar with the rules, and you are expected to abide by them even if you think they are incorrect
• You are expected to behave civilly

Werewolf is a game about lying and catching people lying. It's an adversarial game and arguments between players are normal and expected. Passion and Intensity are fine but excessively personal attacks or insults are not. Even in a werewolf game you must respect the forum rules about civility. Failure to do so may cause you to be infracted or temp banned, and repeated problems may get you perma-banned.

Werewolf is also a community and team-based game. While there are many styles and strategies and reasons for playing and you may choose your own, you are expected to be respectful of the time and energy others put in as players and as moderators. You are expected to play to win. Intentionally sabotaging your team, or choosing strategies with the sole purpose of trolling other players in the game is not allowed.

Voting

Each day, each player is allowed (and encouraged) to vote to lynch a player. To do so, type the name of the player in bold; That is: zurvan

You may remove your vote by posting "unvote". You may change your vote simply by voting the new player; you do not need to unvote.

At the end of the scheduled game day, the player with the most votes is lynched, and his role revealed in the thread. If two or more players are tied for the most votes, one of the tied players is chosen randomly by the moderator.

Day and Night Times

All times given are server time, which is also Eastern Standard Time.

I will open the thread every morning by posting "It is day." You may not post in the thread until I have made the morning post. Day will usually start at 7am

Day lasts until 8:00 pm. Posting at 8:00 is acceptable, and votes with that time stamp will be counted. Posting after that, even just a minute after, is not acceptable, even if I have not yet declared it night by posting "It is night." Do not post in the thread at any time, for any reason, between the end of the day and the opening of the thread the next morning.

Weekends are different: There is no "night" Saturday night -- the thread remains open from Saturday morning until Sunday evening. There is no scheduled Saturday night lynch.

Wolf Chat
Wolves may communicate with each other by any means they desire during wolf chat.

Game Specific Rules (format ruthlessly stolen from StuckinaRutt because it’s awesome)

ITAs

There will be a one-hour long ITA session at approximately 3pm server time on d2 and d3 only (exact timing may vary). ITA format will be BOLD RED for shots. You may add whatever flavour you like as long as your target is clear. During ITAs, shots will be resolved as ‘Hit' or ‘No-one has died’.

ITA hit rates are as follows:

• villagers are 20% to hit any target
• wolves are 25% to hit if they are shooting at a villager
• wolves are 10% to hit if they are shooting at a fellow wolf

There may be factors in the game that affect these hit rates.

There are no claiming restrictions in this game, with the exception that you may not post any screenshots of your role PM, or quote it directly. Note that discussing the format or flavour of other mod communications is prohibited and will be punished.

The wolf team has been given a full fake villager role PM featuring a character and role that is not in this game for each member of the wolf team. In this game, the wolf team is made up of individuals who were convicted for murder during the events of the first three games.

Do not discuss modkills, or any other mod action taken in-thread.

This game is intended to be played within the confines of the thread, and so hiding peeks or any other information within thread titles, image urls, or in any other way that cannot be seen in the thread is expressly forbidden.

It is also expressly forbidden to leave any peeks that are conditional on information within your role PM (i.e. 'If my character is male I peeked Bloobird villager, if my character is female I peeked him wolf).

There is a minimum requirement that you make at least 5 posts per day. If you do not meet this on d1 or d2, you will be subbed out. If you do not meet this on d3 or later then you will be modkilled. The above may be waived if there are mitigating circumstances, and if you think you are likely to be unable to post on any day it is recommended to let me know as soon as possible.

The mod retains the discretion to punish anyone for anything by any means.

Useful Information:

• There is no Majority Lynch in this game.
• There is no Must Lynch in this game.
• If any part of your role PM is unclear please PM the Mod
• Only characters from the original trilogy of Phoenix Wright games will feature in this game. This includes the 'bonus' case 1-5.
• The wolf team has the option to switch the roles of any two players on n0.
• There are no neutrals in this game.
• There is no way for a player to be protected from being killed by the lynch in this game.
• The wolfkill cannot be tracked or watched, even if there is only one wolf alive.
• If a watcher or tracker watches/tracks someone who isn't visited/visits no-one, this will return 'no result'
• If a night action that would normally produce information for the individual using it is roleblocked, this will return 'no result'
• If Player A roleblocks Player B who roleblocks Player C, Player C's action will go through
