ya you can hero here. His line makes no since. It looks like some K8 spades that he spazz jam caue he missed his flush. Unless 89 or some weird 2 pair he can't really have much. Hes not gonna do that with 1 pair hands. So hes polarized to nuts or nothing. And to have the nuts its like what 2% of the time. I think this is good bluff catching spot. It just seems like he has A2, 45 or 57 spades type hand. Its really odd he jams the river Q. Seems like on the turn maybe he has T that he trying to get value or like an A9 spades kind of hand but then he jams the river and we can discount so many hands now. Hes not gonna call the flop with KJ or J8 it makes no sense unless he has spades. We can discount him having set of Ts, 9s, Qs and also 6s cause have 6 blocker so he pretty much has no sets here a lot of the time so it just looks bluffy to me. I would call here but I do tend to make crazy calls not just to win but to get info so if i think they are bluffing i just call just to see how they play and what they are thinking. Betting or checking is fine on the flop you can go either way there is no right or wrong way the argument is denying equity by betting and then checking for pot control but giving free cards. You just have to pick your poison and i say bet sometimes and sometimes check to be balanced.

22, 66, 99, 78, J8s, KJs, T9, QT and QsXs all make sense so it's not like he has no value hands here.

I'd check the flop. By betting we're not letting him have any worse hands than a flush draw, Ax, straight draw, etc.

That being said, in this spot he's probably repping a straight, set, 2 pair, or top pair (depending on how loose he is) and I'd probably give up at this point in the hand.

No. board smashed his 3b call range. You beat some small suites aces that missed and turned to bluff on turn and that's about it IMO. He could be bluffing with the best hand too.

Unless he does this nearly every time vs. your action easy fold.

I like small bet on flop and that turn too. The Q is the problem and you can check fold without worry.

The way you played it, it's easy for V to shove ATC on the river there. Your line looks weak.
