I think the consensus is WCG Rider aka Doug Polk at cash and LivB aka Oliver Busquet at SNG's.



This will be the only serious answer you will get,but I might be wrong.

It's strange Doug just lost 12-15 buy ins at $20 and $10 HUNL in his bank roll challenge.

olivier isnt even close to one of the best husng(i assume you still ment HU as the original question was despite only typing out "sng") players, in any format. He is capable of tilting like a monkey and there is plenty of guys that would love to have his action endlessly. Guy havent been beating regs for years.

id take a skaiiwalker that havent played a sng in years over olivier in any shortstacked format, guy is the goat, same with mrgrenee, hes one of the sharpest minds in poker and will despite not playing husngs online for a couple of years find his game real quick, just a sick sick mind for poker. ill take otg over olivier in any format, and a couple of other that arent so as "public".

that said, it doesn´t make him bad, hes just not in the top5, and its not close.


as for deep hunl, jungle is permanently in the top3, idk how to rank the other two though, pretty sure sauce is not in there anymore considering the beating he took from wcg and he really havent been in the streets since i think? its certainly possible that doug isnt there for the moment but i dont think its cut and dry.

Zetrov, OTB is the best 6max. That´s the consensus but it´s not the consensus for HUNL but he is certainly capable of reaching top5 with work, but you need to stick with the original OP imo.

nobody ever mentions otb for HU? everytime I see him battle HU in the zoom pool he seems to be destroying whoever sits in front of him, that includes sauce

but for a HU SNG format dont you think OTB should be on top 5 atleast? he won scoop and wcoop HU and make it ITM in last year WCOOP even tho he didnt win it i think he played well... or does winning those doesnt matter?


I think sauce and jungle is probably still in the top 5 because they still play regularly till now and for WCG i dont know why doesnt he play anymore..

The best player imo is always going to be jungleman. I would say Doug is number 2. I think he said hes down around 2 million over the last year. So this is his first down swing he seems to be handling it well. Ben Sulsky right up in the mix too. Jungleman has the biggest dome of all of them and he probably has a brain twice the size of both those guys so I would give Jungleman the edge for having a bigger brain.
