holy **** mega tilt when I hear **** like this, had a similar situation and thats pretty much exactly what was said to me, people are so ****ing selfish and stupid sometimes! GRRR

Cyril, you are now morally allowed to go whatever lengths you want to get your money back. Drug addicts aren't helping our society in any way. It's not like their feelings matter either, basic human decency don't apply to those kinds.

Also, I doubt he's a consistent winning player since he's hooked on oxy. Addicts make great tilters.

The "kid" slimerdude (Travis Tate) said he had to feed was his oxy addiction. He likely doesn't have either a girlfriend, a child or even an apartment. He probably knows where to score excellent stuff though.

Who the hell is he to talk back to his creditor like this?

I think the smartest thing to get your money back is to put him on a shylock-esque payment plan and enforce it upon him by any reasonable means you see fit that will make him respect it. The vig is important or else he'll forget about you and move on.

3 to 5 points a week sounds like a start if he owes you 8k. And that's been on for a while already IMO.

You can't make a scumbag a good person. His drug addiction is more important to him than his own father. However you can at least get even or profit from him.

I'm pretty sure courts, lawyers and judges don't do jack all over unsecured personal loans. The best you'll get is a shady lawyer taking exorbitant fees to make you feel like he's doing something about the situation. Plus, what is there to sue from a drug addict? He probably doesn't own much.

It's in OP's own hands to restore justice I'd say.
