He told me was moving to Florida to get a job with his Mom, but didn't respond when I asked him how much he could pay me. I'm slightly over it, and am meeting with a lawyer about filing a suit with him tomorrow.

There's a lot to be said about someone who doesn't have a job and won't take one offered at $15 per hour. That's just my humble opinion.

Still beyond tilted by his friend coming in here and defending him, a not scummy/selfish/decent human being would of been up front about his situation and organized some sort of payment plan or solution, I'm sure cpar is reasonable and would of sympathized and obliged. The second he decided not to do that and bail he became scum, no excuses.

You need to go hurt this guy and force him to give you the 5k he owes you, and once his done that then make him cough up more cash for ripping you off and disrespecting you, i think 1% interest on debt/day its overdue is fair. If he refuses then you hunt him down and hurt him until you get what you want.

rofl @ being a "thug". Anyone with a ball sack would be at his door with some friends and a bat. Ive gotten ripped off for 50 dollars and taken action, let alone 100x that.

I talked to a close friend of Travis today (Morgan whom Travis owes money to as well). Apparently Travis was hooked on Oxy for a while and got off but over the last several months has been back into it. He was offered a job by Morgan but declined the 15$/hr. He has been living at his dad's but is now getting kicked out bc of his drug problem and will move to his moms in Florida.

So finally Travis texted me today telling me if I don't have this thread deleted I won't get my money back (I have to be the last on his list of paying ppl back btw). He then goes on telling me he has payed me over 4k and that he owes me 1k at most. He is under the impression that despite winning he only owes me the initial 5k. I just checked the transaction records and he has paid me exactly $3550 total. He claims these were the profits (PTR says otherwise obv) and that he should only pay me back up to 5k. I asked for the hands he replies "why do u need that"?.

He then gets pissed saying how it's fkd up that I make this thread over such little money (implying I have a ton of money and I shouldn't make a big deal of it). I tell him to send me the money and I'll delete the thread. He says he has no money but if I send 3K he'll run it up. Obv I don't reply to that insult. He uses the angle that I make X$ at poker and I don't need the money he owes etc..

I've had that one before (and I'm not a baller or anything), sorry to hear. It's really, really angering when someone tells that to you.
