This is a BUSINESS deal between TWO people. If you have documentation call a lawyer, possibly take him to court. Thx for the heads up and letting everyone know to not stake him, but ranting his on this forum and slandering his name is not going get your money back, probably the opposite.

especially number three, but im torn about this. I obviously dont want to see anyone get seriously injured but at the same time it would be nice if scammers get some **** irl because they figure they can just hide from twoplustwo. In an ideal world i wish he could get sued so that he takes some kind of hit irl for this without losing his limbs.

most importantly, the one thing we should all take from this thread is that in these economic times people will still scam and everyone needs to be very careful when large amounts of money are exchanging hands on the internet, a medium in which some people can be somewhat anonymous and feel they can get away with things without taking responsibility.

ya, thats also a huge lesson to take away from this thread imo. I believe in doing the right thing because ive been in situations where ive grinded play chips and gotten scammed or getting scammed when your roll is 2 k ish, so i know what its like to be on the other side and thats why im always really amicable when im trading in particular when someone trsusts me enough to send first.

Even if you dont believe in always doing the right thing, you should do so because if you ever want to do anything on twoplustwo again youll do the right thing. this includes stuff like transfers, making friends on the site, or coaching. someone who is shady doesnt get, nor do they deserve these benefits of being part of the community.

I made a decision a long time ago thaT i wasnt going to stake unless i was in a poker house with the stakee, or do things similar because of threads like this. It sucks because c par seems like a nice guy and got burned for doing a favor for someone who he thought was his friend.
