By doing this, have you accepted that Travis won't pay you back? And even if he does, his name will be tainted to some degree in the poker community +future...

It's been over 2 months since I have heard from him. The skype convo in the OP is literally the last time I talked to him. Since he has never been on skype nor returned my texts or email. He has logged numerous winning sessions since we last talked.

I think it's safe to say he isn't planning on paying me. Apparently he not only feels entitled to 100% of his profits, but he feels entitled to the initial money I sent him up front.

I'm sure he's going to come across this thread, if he pays me I can have this thread deleted..

I've had instances before refraining from calling people out on 2+2. In all likelihood he has personal financial issues and has had to cash out. Had he admitted this to me, stayed in contact, and assured me he would pay me back in the future, I would have respected that.

Apparently he created an account on AP/UB under Yubbie09 (obv without telling me lol)

I'm going to add his ftp handle to my buddy list and hunt him down. If he won't play me I'll make it my mission to table block him and generally make him miserable.
This is why we need poker regulated, this sh*t is just unnaceptable.

We should all friend him on Facebook and then start rapidly posting on his wall about how he stole this money and scammed this guy. I imagine he might get back in touch with OP when his mom starts asking him why 30 dude's on facebook are accusing him of theft.

I have a friend who can easily track him down and get him to pay up. Not saying his methods are exactly "sane" but I can promise your money back for a 25% cut and travel expenses. You wont have to pay until the moneys in your possession. PM if your interested
