I don't remember but did it over and even if we assign him half of J9, 99, 55, J5s and all of AJ and KJ as well as every oesd, ≈.5 of which QQ blocks, QQ is still 8% higher. That range probably isn't hugely realistic either. If you go 25% for sets and two pair and a quarter oesd with all big fd included QQ pulls ahead to 10%.
I would guess the bottom 10th percentile pop value hand is probably KJ fwiw and not in at close to 100% either. Also in the wild you're seeing a fair amount of random spew imo where card removal doesn't play in predictable ways.
