I've encountered a couple similar styles that I feel like I should be able to beat, but somehow they just ****ing annihilate me every time.

In general they play the button super weak with a low raise %, but yet 3 bet a lot and raise anytime I limp. So they play many bigger pots OOP and manage to win. They have a very high donk flop and seem to fold everytime I raise with a hand and snap call A high when I don't.

I've seen them call 3 bets with like 35o even though my 3 bet % is super low and they spank 2 pair against my overpair. They don't slowplay the hand though. If I'm air, they slow play. Or they seem to float a lot when I'm air.

If you've played em you'll know. Just curious if anyone else has similar experiences.

Should have known better.

I know my description was vague.. just wanted to throw it out there and see if any other regs felt the same way. Apparently not. However one thing is for certain, they are not blocking multi accounting. It's not a coincidence when there are 24 tables of 2-4 waiting and all of a sudden there are 16 empty 2-4 tables in the lobby.

Please someone give me an explanation for that also.

I think this is just because some regs don't multi-table. They sit at the max number of empty tables, and then leave their others when they get action on one.

Having said that, there have been bots recently at the hu cash tables on Bovada. I received a refund 2 weeks ago because of players violating terms of service. I know it was a bot and not collusion because I only play heads up cash. If something seems fishy, report it. But from your description in the OP, it just sounds like fish running good

Why shouldn't you be raised HU everytime you limp

People like you are the reason legitimate cheating threads can not be taken seriously. You offer absolutely no evidence and just some annoying rant at why you are bad at poker. Look man, I'm gonna be quite blunt: you need to shut the **** up.

I was just throwing it out there to see if any other players have had the same issue. I'm not going to do a 10 page write up when any decent player who was having the same issue would know what I'm talking about with my description. The player pool isn't that big in HU bovada, and styles are easily recognized.

Nobody stepped forward so I've moved on.

Thank you for your input.

Hey, hopping on the crazy train here. I play 25 and 50 NL HU on Bovada and I've experienced exactly what you're talking about.

I figured I was just getting dusted by someone who was much better than me and also running like god mode. This is most likely the case I think, either some crusher who was exploiting me perfectly or an aggro spew tard who caught a nice string of cards against me.

But my experience was definitely abnormal. I've played at least 100k hands of heads up cash, and these couple of matches stuck out like a sore thumb. His 3-bet % pre was like 90%, regardless of how I adjusted. And post flop either pot sized bets or check fold, and always correctly against my exact hand. And like I said, ran like god.

Again though, just a couple matches, between 250-500 hands.

He'll be back. I think it may be a bot with a monster redline strategy. The fact how he just seems to always play perfectly postflop is the strange part. I got a pop up message the other day asking me to click the button if the hand matches the table. Seems like a bot blocker. Anybody else gotten this? Was it only at hu or other games also?

Has anyone played the person who usually buys in for 20-40bb. They snap bet and it's always weird amounts down to the penny. Like 3.87 at a 12 pot or 14.28 at a 12 pot. They also vary their open raises to the penny up to about 6x. They vary the sizing a ton. With the speed they play, I don't get how they can enter their bets down to the penny as fast as they can. Seems very botty to me. Took me a while to realize this player seems fishy but may actually be very good. They seem to detect weakness well and will try and bluff you but are good at realizing when you start slow playing because of this and they manage to adjust.

Because of the bet sizing this player/bot is pretty easy to identify. Anybody who has played them have any input on leaks it has or good strategies against it.

It's obviously not 1 person since you claim he buys in for 20-40 bb if it was 1 person it would be the same number buyin , the player you are describing does not exist on bovada, there is no very good player buying in short.
not a bot and they just adjusted the bet sizing in the software settings

Or they just use the bet slider?

This thread has potential. Im voting 3 stars, but I can bump it up to 4 stars if this riggie trajectory continues.

Ah yes there is. When I have 4 empty tables loaded and no one has sat for 35 minutes then out of nowhere I get sat ar the exact same time, one with 20 and one with 40 and then they have the exact same weird bet sizing.

The thing about the sizing in the software is wouldn't it be a % of the pot? They're % size changes with every bet.

As far as using the slider it just seems too fast to be using a slider.

It's already been said someone got money back for most likely playing a bot. If you had a very good bot, where would you run it? An anonymous site?

We know good bots exist. Therfore what would be the chances they are running on bovada? According to you guys they just arent. Makes sense.

if i was running a bot, my first adjustment would be to make it bet non-round amounts instantly - it's a perfect defense, because "nobody is that stupid"
