I think i would raise to 9BB Pre. And I would C-bet the flop. I think checking the flop of 3betting pre is very weak. Almost to the point where are hands are face-up.

I misread hand and can't delete reply apparently..when would betting flop not seem standard? (Unless after villain cold calls 3 bet you get the feeling hes calling cbets of course)
