I think I played the hand otherwise reasonably but I think I maybe should have folded river.

Interesting how often ppl slowplay set otf and raise turn then. I saw such play too maybe Baluga theorem still applies.
Likely not folding river either but it is closer than it looks at first sight, you can have all QJ, AA mabe AT...
You can also think about check flop with the Ks.

I would've played it the same way you did. Just put a note that states the street he raised the set, a little bit weird, either he's not x/raising anything flop or he has no clue on what he's doing
