Hand 2: Might be a fold preflop. Maybe check turn aswell or bet bigger. On the river it is kind of bad but I guess we have to call even though we are chopping at best.
Hand 1/3 raise flop exploitatively? I know we have the range disadvantage, but perhaps there is a overcalling pop tendency to raises OTF.
AP Most likely we size up turn, once again exploiting pop tendencies.
River we can just defend MDF (41.6 to win 200, gotta defend quite a bit of that reraise range), unless we have a serious read that our opp will not overvalue 2p. Er, actually if we are raising river linearly then perhaps 44 is at the bottom of our raising range and we can dump it.

Hand 1 was fine. It's looks like he got there on the river and is probably a fold in theory but it's hardly fair to slam a microstakes player for stacking off with a set.
Hand 2 is a disaster. QJo is a clear fold from early position. Flop is an obvious bet with the nuts. Turn should be a x/c (which hands do you think you can get value from now that you couldn't on the flop?) River is also a clear x/c.
