Playing against someone who raises draws

I frequently play against opponents who raise draws heads up. Looking for advice of what would be the best play in the following situation:
HU Sit n go: Blinds $25 - $50 - Equal stacks of $1500 each
SB (Me): AQ - Raise $65
BB: ?? - Call
Flop: Q 10 7 (2 Diamonds)
BB check
SB Bet $90 into a pot of $130
BB Raise $230 making the pot $590
If I know they frequently raise draws. Should I re raise to effectively put them all in or call in position and see a card. Although if they don't hit, check to me and I bet they regularly fold.
Keen to hear how people play against draws

You don't play against draws, well unless you're cheating somehow.

You're only 30bbs deep... just get it in on the flop or call flop and shove over turn bet to deny his equity.

Don't let him get there. Put him in a negative expected value situation every time.
