Since his 3bet is 5%, he might just call preflop with TT,AJ. If he has a high WTSD you can still bet/fold to get value from AT and random AX hands that refuse to fold. Otherwise I think checking and then calling reasonable bets will be better.

Bet small otr like30-40 % of the pot and mix in few FHs in that range.I dont think V will turn hands like AT into the bluff so we should be ok with that sizing.If you go too big you isolate your self vs range of too many FHs imo.
