overall big blind strategy

Hello, i have an overall question to the big blind play. There are many options: donk bet, c/r, c/c/b, c/c/c/r,... maybe the best strategy is a mix of all, but then i think, my ranges are pretty narrowed in some situations. Is there a play you should almost never use, or should i stay with only c/c, c/r? My last thought is, that maybe i should give a **** about my ranges and always play the most +ev play, which narrows my range pretty hard but also includes some bluffs for sure. What do you guys think? Sorry for not the best english ^^
