Fifth hand I have on villain, so no reads. I've been given advice to try and play less aggressive with over pairs, so I'd love feedback from the community on this hand. How are you playing the hand after the flop raise?

My logic is below.

Yatahay Network - $0.10 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 120.5 BB
Hero (SB): 101.5 BB
BB: 141.1 BB
UTG: 349.4 BB
MP: 122 BB
CO: 133.4 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A A

fold, fold, CO raises to 3.5 BB, fold, Hero raises to 12.5 BB, fold, CO calls 9 BB

Flop: (26 BB, 2 players) 3 6 3
Hero bets 8.5 BB, CO raises to 17 BB, Hero calls 8.5 BB

Pretty great flop. Not loving the raise but I don't see any 6's or 3's in his range. Definitely not folding.

Turn: (60 BB, 2 players) 8
Hero checks, CO bets 15 BB, Hero calls 15 BB

Not loving life here, but still think villain can have overpairs like 99-JJ, and maybe random bluffs trying to get me off AJ-AK.

River: (90 BB, 2 players) 3
Hero checks, CO bets 45 BB, Hero raises to 57 BB and is all-in, CO calls 12 BB,

Not folding after completing the boat as I just counterfeited flushes. Idk, it seems pretty standard, but I am not a winner at 10NL, so I could be way off base with my assumptions.

Low boards are a lot different in single raised pots vs the BB when BB is calling all sorts of low suited bullshit vs a 3-bet pot where the ranges are a lot tighter. We're looking to play for stacks on this flop with our best overpairs. I concur with donk shove river yourself.

This flop is so good for your range, I would bet at least 1/2 pot when I bet. With your hand definitively going for 1/2 pot on the flop. When we get raised, I'm just 3betting to 38BB with the plan of calling a shove or shoving myself on the turn.

Line seems fine but yes esp after betting small on the flop and V taking the bait we may as well spring the trap there and avoid those trickier turn decisions

As played never folding with no info, so I don't think that really matters much. Could jam river as others have said, but all the money is going in

I think the main takeaway from this hand is going to be getting information on villain based upon what they show up with. They're clearly a fish based on their river sizing (no reason to ever leave 12bb behind), so it's a matter of what kind of fish they are - if it's 66 you can mark them as a potential super nitty fish, 3x would be a likely very passive fish, 88 (and maybe TT/99) would be a fish you could stack off flops lighter against. Anything else and they're just a specimen lol
