not too passive, making saome very weird plays, shoved over his c/r in 3BP 2 times, he folded both

Raising the turn is pretty dumb, but maybe isn't awful depending on your reasoning. Calling the river is definitely dumb.

this is SRP. people play a lot different in 3bet pots esp fish who don't know how to handle them.

Without specific reads fold turn and wait for better spot. Fish tend to hit n run a lot after winning a big pot and this spot seems too marginal vs a fish. On a sidenote has he donkbet before? and if yes with what sizing?

I dont mind bet turn,but on his raise it is fold imo,but this is spew,as played i wanna fold the river.....betsizing is good OTT

Fold river. A lot of the hands he's semibluffing already got there by river. He might be spewy but I think if he had naked clubs he'd just bet turn rather than C/R when it's unlikely you'll be folding anything you decided not to check behind.

Also--I might fold turn even with his spewiness
