nl50 straight vs paired board on the riv and third barrel

very first hand vs vilain (sick first one )
Should Ive shipped this river? or being aware vilain could have a boat here is correct? I guess vilain, whos unknown, can have the 9, which he calls with, he might even call with the 8, its nl50 and hes totally unknown..

Where do I get max ev long term against an unknown, taking a Std line ? Being careful and sometimes saving 20$ or shipping and winning 20$ if he calls with worse (could easily be possible since vilain is unknown)

THOUGH, first thing he says to me as soon as he arrived at my table is : Care opening up a couple tables?

..doubt a noob says that

    Interesting first hand indeed,

Given that you guys have just sat down and his small c/r otf, I think his range is consisted purely of Two pair, set or 9+FD. If he was raising just a FD I think he would raise bigger

Imo you shoul've raised turn, he'll always continue with his value hands and might stack off with a set or two pair. Don't think we need to worry much about scaring bluffs on this board. Something around $13-$16.

    As played, I just call.

raise turn, as played i'm jamming, it's nl50, and his betsizing doesn't make sense.

I'm raising the turn to set up a river shove. most likely in the $14-16 area. as played, shove. calling is fine too I guess, I'm never folding though.
