NL50 facing overbet on river

10th hand in, no real reads but villain has not folded 1 hand and has 3bet me twice (folded both times)

I was planning to fold river to a value bet but on the overbet im thinking he is repping KK or nothing?

Fold pre, postflop looks decent but I think his value range contains way more than just KK.

Okayish call pre for semi-knowledgeable hero.

That nl50 player obviously doesn't valuebet AT+ like this, but why do you think he can't do this lighter then FH, bluff missed and can't turn hands into bluff??? It's a snap at this limit (because of how unbalanced they are), unless villain was passive enough, straight forward, nit, or you had some special heart vibe or a read.
