I don't play 100 but calling anything less than AJ would be fairly nuts imo. He has to be turning a quite a few made hands into bluffs in order to get you off a range of mostly TP 4th kicker +. Those assumptions seem unsafe vs a random unknown, don't know how you conclude he is a reg but it still wouldn't change much.

He was opensitting other hu-tables in the lobby. Yeah think folding is fine here it's quite obvious what I have and he can comfortably shove a lot of his straights and two pairs + im blocking some bdfd which he could potentially turn into a bluff

I think folding is fine here. But I would prefer to bet/fold to a shove on the turn.

I think you should bet because he have many weaker aces that could call you on the turn/check the river, you also dont want him to check behind with these hands on the turn.
You probably have something like 30% of equity against his range if he raises(sets, two pairs, maybe some weaker FD). It is close, but probably not enough to call.
