Guy seems pretty fishy, can imagine him limping a lot of Ax. Think raising turn is nice since if hes fishy and does indeed have the Ax he most likely wont fold easily and you can get more value. On the other hand if he doesnt have anything and just did a minraise bluff on A turn then you wouldnt get more from him anyway.

I wouldn't usually do this, but I'd 3bet the turn against an obvious whale whose range is going to be weighted toward Ax.

River is a pretty easy fold.

over bet flop.. raise turn... if you see A on river, meh fold.
