I've played 40 hands against this losing player (-5k in 10k hands). Nothing major happened so far, his stats:
VPIP BB 76 (3bet 0),
FCB 25 (fold to 2barrel 50%),
CR 8 (did it 1st hand on paired board, but ch/folded turn)
he always (100%) bets turn or river if I fail to Cbet or 2barrel (3/4 pot usually), so his river AF is high (8.0)
similar hand: called 3x pre w K9s, ch/called 2barrel on K643+checked Qx river

SB: steal 90%, limp 10%, F3B 75%, CBet 25%



Is it to weak to just call river?

raise, but not too big... like 42$

i'd raise as well, it's thin (not too thin tho) but he'll show up w/ worse 2pair and even some random Ax some % of the time. doubt he's playing A7 like this too often, tho possible. i also think it's extremely important to exploit guys who clearly play too many hands on the BB vs a 3x open, and take lines post flop that look like they want to get to a cheap showdown, and having a wider value raise range in these riv spots is one way to do that, i believe.
