I didn't stream task manager and I don't even know how to do that or anything about it, so I guess we have to have a ruling if this session counts or if I get some kind of penalty. Somebody is gonna have to tell me how to do that.

Only hand for stacks was my AQ < his 99 very start of match he just 3b/5b I 4b/call he hold. Good amount of +/- $300ish pots and he won just about every single one of those.

Obvious who has his cheating friends teamplaying zach.

This whole thing is pretty ridiculous considering you're talking with each other on skype to arrange starting time etc, and Skype allows you to share the your screen.

lol. have money on zach? I can assure you I would never do something like that, but we can wait for ChicagoRy to make a ruling on it. Zach never mentioned anything about it to me over skype before the session, and there was plenty of downtime in between the match for him to say something to me. --I was having problems cuz PT4beta ended (I was a beta tester so never originally paid for the program). If he really was THAT worried about being cheated, I have to believe he'd mention something about it.

But whatever, we'll go on ChicagoRy's ruling and from now on I'll make sure to stream my TM.

there should be some penalty, upto and including forfeiting the profit from the match. cant let this guy off with an unfair advantage in match 1,completely out of line and scummy angle to pretend u cant figure out how to stream ur screen.

at the same time, zach could've been pulling the same thing by not mentioning i nedded to stream my TM. sort of lik... if I don;'t stream my time and I lose, it counts in his favor, but if I don't screen TM and I win, now he has recourse to potentially negate the hands played in the match. Giving back all profits seems exceedingly extreme to me. Which begs the question, why didn't he just say something in the first place-- it's not like we wren't talking on skype the whole time, and if he was that worried about me cheating I would think he;d feel it mportant to make a point to me to stream my TM. Something he did not mention to me at ll.

The only trick up my sleeve is playing good poker. I'll PM ChicagRy and get a ruling as to what the thinks should be done with this.
