Losing to a fish so he'll play you more HU

ive been playing on a mobile poker site and have made about 300euros off one person i have completely read. he has stopped playing me anytime i join his table HU. would it be a good idea to lose a little bit, say 50 euros so he'll play me more? this is heads up, ironically his handle is funplayer. good idea or bad? im watching him play someone else and he's lost 150 euros to him, its sort of burns cause i know it could be my money haha. he's playing 1/2$ nl short stacked, always with 40$(euros to be exact). so, good idea or bad? i know maybe if he wins off me he might completely change his game around and it could backfire, yes or no?

Just curious, how are you gonna lose to him if he doesn't play you anymore?
