I play lots of 4 players heads up NLHE , 6.67% rake is enticing, winner takes all

I was going for winning this tourney twice in a row.. I have seen myself winning 2 in a row and losing 3 in a row in the past. I've ran into sets with my top pair top kicker or I was ahead and lost.

I win the initial match and now in the finals after a long long match and changing gears lots i decide to call a min raise preflop in position with 67o

Flop: 89T all diamonds , I have the 6 of diamonds

He bets 1/2 pot .. Do you shove 100% of the time here ? I mean i want to protect my hand and hope he doesnt have QJ or a made flush.

So I shoved and he called with Q9, Q of diamonds. Its not a terrible call i've seen way worst but i'm ahead.

The only diamond that saves me is the 7 of diamonds.. I ran the numbers I was a favorite to win 57.6% on the flop + i have fold equity.

Turn comes J of diamonds crushing me with 0 outs on the turn haha.

Should I expect making money in the long run having to win 2 heads up (semi final & final) in a row to cash ?

The blinds just increased to 60/120 , no ante , blinds increase every 3 mins but very slow structure

Pre is fold, from the flop on, all in is Best play, but u cant bring better hands to fold, so fold equity is almost zero... if ur not sure what to do in these spots, use NASH push/fold Strategie...
