It just goes to show...if you want something done right , you gotta do it yourself....I asked you clowns if going all in preflop with what you feel is the best hand is a good strategy...well after trying a method of seeing more flops without going all in preflop is by far the better way to go for a better return on investment. All you so called "knowledgeable" posters couldn't tell me that, which tells me, all you are are a bunch of idiots who have no clue (just like the fish I take money off of) Thanks for nothing once again ! No, thats a great strategy...as a matter of fact, that seems to be the only solid 2 hands to shove with...Im talking about hands like AK , 88 , AQ , 10/10 , AJ ...I am the one who likes to shove initially..I get called by lesser hands such as QJ , A 10 , K 10 , Any Ace Rag SUITED and get outdrawn too many times for my liking , and yes I know I will win money overall , but I still say pushing with 60/ 40 hands is not good strategy preflop...even 70/30 is iffy....better to see flops and have them commit with only 2 cards to come while they are behind dont you think ?

Here's another example...first game I played today so far....Im all in preflop with A Q ...donk CALLS my all in with 23 DIAMONDS ! He gets a flush on the river....same game he is short stacked (500 in chips)with KJ suited ..he pushes all in pre and I call with K Q ...he hits his jack on the flop...so he has won a 70/30 & a 63/37 ....luckily I still beat him but I was sweating...this confirms what Ive been saying all along...if youre all in and dont have a high pocket pair , you are VERY vulnerable to suckouts, and you'll see countless people rant about how often the worst hand seems to win

your right... you should never shove because you end up having only 70% equity to win... lets stick to shoving only AA cause even KK can lose to Ax 35% of the time! We need 80% equity for a shove pre flop to be profitable.
