The turn seems to be a good card to DB.

sb has a 50 percent fold to flop c-bet rati. so i figured once he called the flop bet he would call a turn bet.

What's the sample size on that? That K is a good card for our DB range for sure but If he's folding to 1/2 of our cbets a lot I'm leaning towards checking here. What's your river plan if you bet turn and get called?

turn is a good barrel card, though you didn't pick up any equity. he does look reg enough that barreling isn't spew.

maybe take a free one on the flop though

Well, my bad, I didn't check the converted HH.

Because his fold to cbet stat is low, or just because of the board/his hand? Monster backdoor draws now that I think about it.

there's a ton of turns that we pick up good equity and can call a bet on (backdoor draws like you mentioned) if we check flop. all those turns make for good barrel cards though, so not really sure what would be best.
