He was C-betting pot like 70% and was huge fish also according to PTR, but against me he played actually fairly solid, but very nitty.
depends how often he 3-bets, but if it's over 20% i'd be throwing in a few light 4-bets to see how he responded. If his 3-bets low i like calling with some speculative hands to crush his strong range on the right flop.

Also you say that you called with garbage, i was looking into this recently and if villains at least solid / aggressive postflop i don't see calling with T4o as profitable. Chance of us hitting 2pair+ is 49-1 and for example you raise at 50c/$1 to 3$ and villain 3bets to 6$ that means its 3$ you're paying to flop 2pair +, and that relies on him having an overpair not AQ, AQ for you to get his whole stack. Of course sometimes you will outplay him in position which makes the call closer, but then sometimes you're gonna have a dominated TP versus him and lose some money thatway. Overall, i think it encourages the fish to be aggressive as well b/c they C-bet and win in so many 3bet pots.

Now i like to defend suited and/or connected hands with some high card value versus these min 3betting agro fish

Pre-Flop: ($3, 2 players) Hero is BB 3 9
BTN calls $1, Hero raises to $10, BTN calls $8

So you limp every hand? I hate that, i raise big to get your two big ones.

Flop: 8 Q Q ($22, 2 players)
Hero bets $15, BTN calls $15

That's one dry board! Easy cbet. Oh **** he calls, oh well........

Turn: 8 ($52, 2 players)
Hero bets $34, BTN calls $34

So he might even have 8 or Q, i bet to get more info, yes that's good. Calls again wtf. He must have fullhouse, 100%

River: 5 ($120, 2 players)
Hero bets $150.20, BTN calls $150.20

*clicks all-in*

Final Pot: $417.40
Hero shows
3 9
BTN shows
8 Q

BTN wins $417.40 (net +$208.20)

Hero lost $209.20

[x] worst play ever against -20BB/100 guy.

Hi,
Assuming we are opening around 80%, what is your range for defending vs 15% 3bettor wich:

1) is 3betting a polarized range like TT+AQ+ and suited connectors, suited 1 gappers and some suited Kx, Qx

2) is 3betting a linear, more value oriented range like 99+,AT+,KJ+,QJ and some suited connectors
